Accessing Your Letters & Certificates
After your paper is accepted, the conference organizer may issue official documents — acceptance letters, invitation letters for visa applications, and presenter certificates. This guide explains where to find them and how to download or share them.
Finding Your Documents
If you don't see a document you expected, the organizer may not have issued it yet. Contact the conference organizer directly.

Document Types You May Receive
| Document | When issued |
|---|---|
| Paper Acceptance Letter | After your paper is accepted |
| Abstract Acceptance Letter | After your abstract is accepted (two-stage conferences) |
| Invitation Letter | On request — for visa applications or institutional approval |
| Certificate of Presenter | After the conference, for presenting your paper |
Not all conferences issue all document types. The organizer decides which documents to provide.
Verifying a Document
Every document contains a QR code. Scanning it opens a public verification page showing the document type, reference number, your name, paper title, and conference details — no login required.
Share this QR code or the verification URL with embassies, employers, or journals to confirm the document's authenticity.
