What does "Add-on available" mean?

It means we provide optional features that organizers can activate based on their specific needs. For example, for payments, we offer integration with payment gateways that include a platform fee — this fee can be either charged to the author or absorbed by the organizer, depending on your preference.

How much is the platform fee for payment gateways?

The fee varies depending on the payment method selected by the author, starting from IDR 10,000. By default, this fee is covered by the author.

Can payments be made using the organizer’s bank account?

Absolutely. You have two options: manage payments independently using your own account, or use ConfyChair’s Virtual Account service, which can be labeled under your organization’s name.
